The over-all help and support of Human Resources Management and Development in the hotel trade and musical life by our high-standard of services.
What can we offer to our partners,

There are a couple of local- and international branch companies in Budapest / Hungary, who have been dealing with Management Consulting, Human Resources Management and Development, Executive Search and Selection of Key Personnel,
but neither of them are specialized for the hotel trade and they did not do it in the practice!
Why did it happen like this ?
In the first place, because they don't know well the professional activity and practice in the hotel trade.
In the second place, they don't have such experts, who have real, practical and operational experiences in the hotel trade and hotel human resources management.
In the third place, they don't know the executives and key personnel in the different hotels in connection with their personalities, leadership skills and performances.
In spite of these obvious facts, they take the assignment and there have been a lot of problems later.
Mostly unnecessary continuous changes, which are very expensive and at the same time have very negative impact on business and inside public moral. The history of newly opened top international hotels in Budapest produced many unsuccessful evidences for this, in the last decade.
Nobody can get a good wind,
